Job responsibility:
1 Create and calculate logistical forecast planning with the target to have the right inventory and meet the demand OTR
2 Ensuring timely delivery of materials to plant to meet production and customer schedule
3 Identify potential and actual material shortage risk, lead and coordinate team for material supply, scrap, and rework； adjusting plans and schedules
4 Inventory controlling and permanently review under consideration of material costs, storage costs and future demand, define activities to minimize overstock
5 Provide support to both internal and external customers for material issues, esp, for new project support
6 Supplier management, coaching supplier to meet LX’s requirement
7 Establish escalation process in case of critical vendor backlogs and poor performance in cooperation with Sourcing team.And find the improve opportunity （reduce lead time ＆ MOQ and better OTD）

Job requirement:
1.Bachelor‘s degree
2.Above 1 year work experience in material planning at manufacturing background industry
3.Strong communication skills and good team worker
4.Good logic thinking as well as problem solving skills
5.Fluent English skills, both in speaking and writing.
6.Skillful to use Office、Visio、Oracle and SAP system experience
